More than soccer!


Below are some of the free activities our club participated in during the last soccer year.  At Legion FC...it is about family!

  1. “Pink-out, breast cancer awareness event (benefiting a local family)
  2. “Giving Tree” for Christmas (hundreds of presents donated)
  3. Mom and Me fitness circuit at TTG
  4. “Poop” hill family fitness run
  5. DQ social events
  6. Team pizza parties
  7. Summer picnic
  8. Private theater showing of “The Greatest Showman”
  9. Christmas party
  10. Christmas caroling
  11. Perry Farm scarecrow contest (multiple year award winners)
  12. Club bowling party
  13. Chicago Fire match
  14. "Overcomer" team movie night
  15. Parent mixers


What will the soccer year look like?


Seasons:


Fall 2019

  1. 8 game outdoor season
  2. 2 training sessions per week during league play
  3. 1 Fall tournament (minimum)
  4. Various social events


Winter 2019/20

  1. 1st session (5 games)
    1. 5 games @ Adventure Commons
    2. 1 training session per week
      1. 11/9/19 through 12/14/19
  2. 2nd session​
    1. 10 games @ Roma Sportsclub OR 5 games at Adventure Commons
    2. Training - varies by team
    3. Winter tournament


Spring 2020

  1. 8 game outdoor season
  2. 2 training sessions per week during league play
  3. 1 Spring tournament (minimum)
  4. Pick-up soccer games
  5. Various social events

2020/21 fees


The below fees are estimates and will be finalized by 1/1//2019. We will have 1-2 fundraisers per season.  100% of the profits will be used to further reduce the fees listed below.  You will get fee credit for what YOUR family earns.


Includes:

  1. Fall - $225
    1. 8 outdoor games
    2. One tournament
    3. Two training sessions/week
  2. Winter - $225
    1. 10 winter outdoor games
    2. One training session/week
  3. Spring - $225
    1. 8 spring outdoor games
    2. One tournament
    3. Two training sessions/week

Uniform:

  1. $150 (estimate)
    1. good for 1.5-2 years
    2. 1 shorts, 1 socks, 2 jerseys

Optional fees:

  1. Extra Tournament fee - $50 per tournament over 1 per outdoor season


Payment due dates:

  1. July 1st - $225 + uniform cost (if required)
  2. November 1st - $225
  3. March 1st - $225


Please note: There will be a $5 fee for all electronic transactions.  Please add this fee to your total payment.  No fees for payments made by check or cash.


"Train only": Current club players, not able to play league games during a season, will be required to participate as "train only" to maintain their roster spot with the team. Cost is $112.50 per season.
